Just as knowing how fruits and veggies are grown is important, it’s important to understand where your herbs and herbal products that support your health are from as well. It is important to us that the plants that we use in our products are not produced using chemical pesticides, unfair labor, or environmentally unsustainable practices. Whenever possible, we use herbs that we grow or wildcraft ourselves, but when it’s not, we source our plant materials from companies that we trust to uphold the same beliefs as we do. We figure that if you are using herbs for your own wellness that it makes sense to choose the healthiest options for your body and for the planet.
Medicine and Nutrition
While it is possible to be healthy with a diet rich in fruits and vegetables alone, there are many other plants that live in the wilds, outside of your grocer’s produce section. We look off the beaten path to find plant that are useful in providing vital nutrients and medicinal components. Plants have been used for centuries as medicine, nutrition and spiritually, we intend to support the continuity of these traditions.
